Every item in this store is unique — whether it’s an original artwork or a second-hand piece from my personal collection.

✅ Returns & Refunds (Second-Hand Clothing)

I accept returns on clothing items under the following conditions:

You contact me within 7 days of receiving the item.
The item is returned within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be returned in the same condition as received — unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags/labels (if applicable).

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

🎨 Original Artworks (Paintings)

All original artworks are final sale.

Each artwork is one-of-a-kind, and I take great care to photograph and describe every piece accurately. If you have any questions or want to see extra photos before purchasing, I’m happy to help.

🚚 Shipping Issues / Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Email me within 48 hours of delivery
Include your order number + clear photos of the packaging and item

I will take care of it immediately and work toward a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

❓ Exchanges

Exchanges are possible for clothing only, if the requested item is still available.
Because most items are one-of-a-kind, I cannot guarantee availability.
